Bringing Us Back

The deeper we get into sin the harder it is to see a way back to God, so we pull away. And sometimes as we face the consequences for those things we’ve done wrong we take it as further confirmation that God is angry with us. He’s punishing us for what we’ve done wrong.

We look at the depth of our sin and start to wonder if there’s any way back to God. If we do see a way back that way might look so hard and painful that we’d rather stay where we’re at.

But what if we were to find at the end of that road something better…..a new relationship that’s deeper and better than what we had before, Because discipline brings us back.
