Are There Consequences?

If you’re trying to follow Jesus and live the way he lived you might start to wonder what’s the point of all this? Why make every effort to follow Jesus when it’s hard to see the reward? As the culture and even some in the church grow more and more opposed to living that way why suffer and endure for Jesus when there seems to be a way that’s easier and more pleasant? Is life without consequences really how life works?
