Year End Report

Celebrating God’s Faithfulness Through Your Generosity

2025 - 2026

From Our Elders (OLD)

Faith Bible Church Family,

It is our pleasure to greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior as we introduce our current annual report. It has been an amazing year as we have experienced God’s provision in a multitude of areas, including significantly increased engagement and participation in our ministries.

We have a lot to be thankful for, and this past year has been particularly memorable, marked by God's amazing faithfulness. You will see the details of how God has worked through you in our Treasurer's financial report, which highlights our debt being eliminated with a nearly $1 million reduction in our building loan.

This significant milestone means that 100% of your giving can now be directed to the operations, ministries, and missionaries of our church, enabling us to expand our reach to share the good news of Jesus Christ.

We are filled with anticipation for what God will do next and look forward to sharing our vision for the next season at Faith Bible Church. We are truly a congregation that continues to embrace and forward our mission –

We build generations of Jesus followers who take grace to our world.

We trust you will be encouraged by the events of the year as you read through the various reports from our wonderful team.

God Bless,
The Board of Elders

Sunday Programs Breakdown

From Our Treasurer

Recently, Pastor Russell Johnson and Dr. Drew Howard, one of our Elders, preached through Nehemiah chapters 9-12.  These chapters recount the confession, worship, and prayer of the people, which became a signed, public covenant.  Like the people in the Book of Nehemiah, Drew reminded us that “We are called as people of God to give our time, talents, and treasures for the glory of God, so that we get to be participants in the work and worship of God.”  As Treasurer and a long-time member of the Finance Committee, I’ve been privileged to witness the commitment and generous giving of time, talent, and treasure by the members of Faith Bible Church.  Additionally, I’ve seen the pastoral and support staff’s faithful stewardship of the provided resources.  These attributes were once again on display as reflected in the financial results of the recently ended fiscal year.

As you can see in more detail in this annual report and the accompanying CPA’s audit report, Faith Bible Church’s financial condition is strong.  For the year that ended in March, General Fund giving was $106,000 short of the target of $6 million.  Total expenditures, however, were nearly $300,000 under budget, resulting in a surplus of $182,000 for the year.

In March 2025, your generosity enabled the Worship Center building loan to be retired, leaving the church debt free.  Consequently, instead of paying principal and interest on debt last year, we were able to repaint and replace the Northside roof and gutters for $257,000.

After having a budget of $6 million in each of the 3 previous years, a new budget of $6.3 million has been adopted.  Of the $300,000 increase, $80,000 is due to anticipated operating expense increases.  The General Fund allocation to Missions is being increased by $110,000, and an additional $110,000 is being set aside in reserve for future major repairs and maintenance of our campus.
It is a blessing to be part of providing oversight of Faith Bible Church’s financial matters.

It is evident that many of you are committed to giving your time, talents, and treasures to participate in the work and worship of God; and for that we are extremely grateful.  Your generosity enables us through our many ministries to build generations of Jesus followers who take grace to the world.

Financial Breakdown

Actual vs. Budgeted

Please Note: The Actual vs. Budget statement depicts the fiscal year activity in Faith Bible's General Fund. The amounts reported and how they are categorized reflect how income and expenditures are budgeted, accounted for and managed versus how they are required to be reported for financial statement reporting purposes. The information below is presented using different categories than those used in the audited financial statements. The audit is posted at the beginning of this report.

From Our Missions Pastor

As Faith Bible continues to take grace across the street and across the globe, we’re excited to celebrate growth in local partnerships, global mobilization, and financial generosity. Through your prayers, giving, and participation, the Lord expanded our mission’s footprint which allowed us to serve and strengthen our partners.

Locally, we increased our footprint by adding three new partners financially. These ministries are familiar to many in our church as they have been serving with them:

Eyes On Me transforms communities through intentional discipleship, mentorship, and service.

Love Fosters Hope serves children in foster care by modeling the character of Jesus, affirming their value, and equipping them for independent living.

Journey Home is a Christ-centered maternity home that encourages and empowers women to live the lives God intended for them.
We look forward to locking arms with each of these ministries as we share the love of Christ in our community.

Globally, we continue to pray for laborers to serve in His harvest, and we are excited that two people from our church will serve full-time overseas. In addition, one hundred and fifty of you took a step of faith this past year by participating in short-term trips and connecting with our partners across the globe.

Faith Bible, I believe we are just scratching the surface of how God wants to use our church. Thank you for praying, giving, going, and partnering with us as we continue taking grace across the street and across the globe
