Year End Report

Celebrating God’s Faithfulness Through Your Generosity

2024 - 2025

From Our Elders

Faith Bible Church Family,

It is our pleasure to greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior as we introduce our current annual report. It has been an amazing year as we have experienced God’s provision in a multitude of areas, including significantly increased engagement and participation in our ministries.

We have a lot to be thankful for, and this past year has been particularly memorable, marked by God's amazing faithfulness. You will see the details of how God has worked through you in our Treasurer's financial report, which highlights our debt being eliminated with a nearly $1 million reduction in our building loan.

This significant milestone means that 100% of your giving can now be directed to the operations, ministries, and missionaries of our church, enabling us to expand our reach to share the good news of Jesus Christ.

We are filled with anticipation for what God will do next and look forward to sharing our vision for the next season at Faith Bible Church. We are truly a congregation that continues to embrace and forward our mission –

We build generations of Jesus followers who take grace to our world.

We trust you will be encouraged by the events of the year as you read through the various reports from our wonderful team.

God Bless,
The Board of Elders

Sunday Programs Breakdown

From Our Treasurer

We recently concluded a very memorable fiscal year that ended March 31, 2025. I once read in a devotional that, “Waiting on God doesn’t mean sitting around hoping. Waiting means believing He will do what He’s promised and then acting with confidence.”

My experience on the Finance Committee over the years has been that as we have remained true to our Mission, we have confidently waited for and watched while God has graciously provided for Faith Bible through its faithful members.

The memorable provision this past fiscal year has been the resources to retire the building loan used to construct our Worship Center.  The fiscal year began with a loan balance of over $975,000 and ended at zero on March 31. The amount of principal budgeted was $232,000; the remainder was paid with generous gifts from over 300 donors.

As we move forward, being debt-free will enable us to direct more financial resources to Missions, both international and local, and to our various ministries, which are having an impact and are changing lives. Additionally, we’ve begun to set aside savings for future capital projects, such as roof replacement on Northside in the future.

You and I live between the “already” and “not yet”. God has “already” set His plan of grace in motion. By faith, one is “already” saved by grace, is justified, and has a permanent relationship with and position in Christ. Believers are “already” adopted, redeemed, and sealed.

But God’s work in our hearts is “not yet” done. He has “not yet” totally transformed our lives, and His grace has “not yet” finished its work. We are in the middle of a process called Sanctification.

Our Mission is to build generations of Jesus followers who take grace to the world.

Building implies such things as teaching, challenging, nurturing, and discipling – all for the purpose of aiding our sanctification process.

Our various ministries offer opportunity for growth in knowledge of God’s Word, along with relationship and fellowship within the church. Pastoral Care and Shepherding are offered in tandem with our Recovery & Support ministries that are geared to help with the challenges life brings between the “already” and “not yet”.

As you can see in the financial section of this report, and accompanying CPA’s Audit Report, because of your generosity our financial condition is solid.

Your gifts support and enable us to offer the many ministries we have at Faith Bible Church, and for that, we are extremely grateful.

UR The Church

In August 2024, we launched something brand new—our first-ever church-wide series, UR the Church! For six weeks, adults, students, and kids went through the same series together, engaging in weekly worship, small groups, and daily devotionals. Over 200 people jumped into a small group for the very first time, and many of those groups are still meeting today. We’re so grateful for how God moved in our church family through this series!

Financial Breakdown

Actual vs. Budgeted

Please Note: The Actual vs. Budget statement depicts the fiscal year activity in Faith Bible's General Fund. The amounts reported and how they are categorized reflect how income and expenditures are budgeted, accounted for and managed versus how they are required to be reported for financial statement reporting purposes. The information below is presented using different categories than those used in the audited financial statements. The audit is posted at the beginning of this report.

Missions

From Our Missions Pastor

Wow, how time flies when you are having fun! I have now served as Missions pastor for 4 years at Faith Bible Church! I only see amazing days ahead for us as we take grace to our world locally and globally.

Last summer, we saw 130 men, women, and students go and serve alongside our strategic partners.

One of those opportunities was to come alongside Genti Docaj, one of our Albanian missionaries serving in Tirana, Albania. Genti serves with Cru, but he is also a pastor at Guri 21, a plant from Guri Themelit with which we have had a partnering relationship.

To help build his church, Faith Bible took baseball through the organization Synergy. It was such a great success, we have returned for year two, and over 72 Albanian children are involved with it.

Locally, we saw our City Serve outreach grow as well. We had over 340 of us involved in serving our local community alongside seventeen different organizations in the area. 130 of us served alongside Mission of Hope. We packed 20,000 meals in an hour and a half.

I am so thankful for each of you and the joy it is to serve with you and see us all using our gifts to impact our local and global community for Christ!
