Discipleship happens best when we are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to use our gifts and invest in others. As we grow in our faith, we’re called to help others grow too. At Faith Bible Church, we believe leadership and spiritual growth don’t happen by accident—they happen when someone takes the time to pour into you.

When we commit to learning and then turn around to equip others, we create a multiplying movement of disciples who are becoming more like Jesus.

Ephesians 4:11-12 — And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ;

1 Peter 3:15 — …always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, yet with gentleness and reverence;

2 Timothy 2:15 — Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.
