Lead Teaching Pastor Search Update - February 13, 2023
Church Family,
As you may have heard this Sunday, we have had some exciting developments in our search for a Lead Teaching Pastor. At the end of last year, we began discussions with an incredible candidate. God continues to be at work in our church and in our search!
As we have moved through our interview process, our team and elders have received continued confirmation from the Spirit that this may very well be the man and family God is calling to Faith Bible Church. The candidate and his wife have flown in from out of state to interview and spend time with our ministry team.
We are pleased to announce that we have begun the final step of the process with this candidate!
We are grateful that so many of you have prayed with us through this process. We ask that you continue to pray. Please pray diligently and specifically that God brings this candidate and our team to the place He wants us to be.
We, like you, are hopeful this will be the end of our search and the beginning of our next chapter! We want what God wants. Please pray He brings perfect clarity to us, this candidate, and his family. We will update you as things progress.
