This morning we'd like to share some important information regarding re-entry for our Sunday morning Adult Community groups.
Over the past couple of weeks, our church leadership has discussed the status of Adult Communities meeting at the church on Sunday mornings. We have had three communities return on campus with hopes of adding more in-person Adult Communities in the near future.
However, with the guidance of Faith Bible leadership, we have decided to postpone the re-entry of all Adult Communities until January 2021 due to the following technical and safety challenges:
Social distancing constraints in the classrooms, hallways, and restrooms upstairs
Limited capacity within our childcare ministry
Need sufficient time to test our internet infrastructure to ensure we are set up properly before launching multiple Adult Communities as classrooms will be using Zoom to stream online while we also live stream the worship services
While difficult, we believe the decision to postpone in-person Adult Communities is best for our church family. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding as we make some of these tough decisions.
We'd also like to thank our Adult Community leaders for caring for our groups during these challenging circumstances. We have an amazing team of shepherds and teachers!
Our Adult Communities will continue to meet online through Zoom and we're grateful for this ability to gather virtually. If you are not part of a Sunday morning Adult Community, now is a great time to visit a group online. For a list of communities currently meeting virtually, visit our website. We have experienced tremendous growth within our groups, and we hope to see many more new faces online.
We love you, church, and look forward to seeing you in-person and online tomorrow morning,
